The Menopause Diet Testimonial – Lucy 

Lucy lost 4kg in the first 4 weeks and went on to reach all of her goals in 8 weeks!

I was struggling with my weight, sleep and energy levels were terrible.  Most days I was wanting to have a sleep in the arvo.

My goal was to get rid of my belly fat.  I know I am not far from starting menopause and did not want to get a bigger and put my health at further risk.

I have had this goal since I turned 40…I am now 48.  I just thought it would be too hard.  Lots of people said I didnt need to lose weight you look alright..It wasnt just about my looks.  These people didnt know how flat I was, that I wanted to sleep each afternoon, my brain fog was terrible and I just didnt feel happy with how I was treating myself.

After jumping on board The Menopause Diet – Midlife Makeover I love the way I feel and look.  I have lots of energy, dont need a nana nap anymore and have definately improved other personal parts of my life aswell.  I also put myself first in situtions that I would never have prioritised myself.  We are currently in the middle of moving house and I still smashed it out.  I am very proud of myself and so is my husband.  He has commented so many times about how happy I seem, he is right I am very pleased with myself.
