I was struggling with my weight, sleep and energy levels were terrible. Most days I was wanting to have a sleep in the arvo.
My goal was to get rid of my belly fat. I know I am not far from starting menopause and did not want to get a bigger and put my health at further risk.

I have lots of energy, dont need a nana nap anymore and have definately improved other personal parts of my life aswell. I also put myself first in situtions that I would never have prioritised myself. We are currently in the middle of moving house and I still smashed it out. I am very proud of myself and so is my husband. He has commented so many times about how happy I seem, he is right I am very pleased with myself.
